I would love to go home to Zambia. My parents and brother are all there together on the Zambezi River.

Taqueria in London.
What are your favourite beauty places or spa treatments?
I love a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial.
What are you doing/using to stay physically active and mentally well at the moment?
I'm running a lot. I'm currently in Norfolk and I find running along the coast first thing in the morning pretty good for the soul.
What helps you get to sleep if you are wired but tired?
Listening to an audiobook.
What is your skincare regime during the lock-down (morning and evening)?
Morning:

Do you have one evening or more a week where you spend time masking/pampering? What do you do?
I have to say I'm not very good at taking time out to pamper. When I do, I love using the Irene Forte Lavender and Rosemary Face Mask! I've also been using a GP Nutrition Immunity and Defence Kit to boost my vitamin intake.
What is the best beauty/skin advice you've ever been given?
Keep your face out of the sun or at least wear a high factor sun cream at all times.
