#ForteFemales At Home - Eva Geraldine Fontanelli
Which place would you travel to now if you could?
I would probably go on a road trip, as I miss the freedom of driving a car. My favourite road trip has got to be in New Mexico.
What's the first restaurant you're going to go to after the quarantine?
I'm going to go to my favourite spot in Milan, Torre di Pisa. They have the best Tuscan recipes. It also holds a special place in my heart because that's where my father's from.
What is the first outfit you’re going to wear post lockdown?
I really miss wearing smart/evening outfits. I have a beautiful Tory Burch dress that I'm dying to wear...
What are your favourite beauty places or spa treatments?
The Armani Spa in Milan. I highly recommend the mu signature treatment.
What are you doing/using to stay physically active and mentally well at the moment?
I meditate, I keep a gratitude journal and I follow dance classes on Instagram live - I like the Ryan Heffington ones.
What helps you get to sleep if you are wired but tired?
A hot bath, full of essentials oils.
What is your skincare regime during the lock-down (morning and evening)?
I drink a lot of water! I cleanse my face with the Irene Forte Almond Cleansing Milk morning and evening. In the morning I also apply a pure aloe vera cream and in the evening I like to apply the Irene Forte Rose Face Oil.
Do you have one evening or more a week where you spend time masking/pampering? What do you do?
I usually keep it for a Monday evening; I sometimes book an at-home treatment via Madame Miranda or I do it myself. I love applying my sugar cane and honey body scrub and usually, I apply a lot of almond oil afterwards. For the face, I love the Biologique Recherché Vernix Mask.
What is the best beauty/skin advice you've ever been given?
My Grandmother told me: "Sunscreen all year long and avoid direct sunlight."
What's your favourite:
Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yoganandaogi
Blue Planet by David Attenborough
Women of Impact by Lisa Bilyeu
The Egyptian Magic All-Purpose Cream - it's an ancient Egyptian recipe and I largely use it when I travel.
