Now an entrepreneur and working mum of two small girls, she is passionate about sharing her personal knowledge on how women can feel and look their best.

Where are you dreaming of travelling to?

Mallorca and Zermatt; both are booked and I'm praying it happens!

What is the first restaurant you will head to post lockdown 3.0?

Scott's - it’s where my husband and I had our first date almost 12 years ago, our wedding breakfast (from our London ‘legal’ wedding, we did the big party in Italy), my 30th birthday party and so many dinners in-between… it’s a very special place.

What is your favourite spa or wellness space you are missing?

The Lanesborough Gym and Spa is where I work out, I’m missing it so much. However, I’ve really been enjoying Lottie Murphy’s YouTube Pilates work-outs which are excellent.

What is the first beauty treatment you will have post lockdown 3.0?

A pedicure!

What helps you get to sleep if you are wired but tired?

I have an eye mask with speakers in it (£20 from Amazon) and listen to Yoga Nidra on the Insight Timer app. They have hundreds of free guided meditations and they always help me drift off, even when my mind is running away from me.

What is your skincare regime (morning and evening)?

I use a gentle foaming cleanser in the morning and follow with a hydrating tonic, a serum, a light moisturiser, an eye cream and an SPF. In the evening, I use a balm cleanser which I always take off with a muslin cloth, followed by either a facial oil or a retinol and night cream….plus eye cream and good quality lip balm. I also have an overnight mask I use a couple of times a week.

What is your supplement regime?

Equi Beauty Formula and Beauty Oil Edition. Beauty Formula is a full supplement regime in one; it's a quick, easy and delicious product so I know I’m getting full- body nourishment each day. It contains 50 ingredients including multi-vitamins, minerals, pro-bionics, digestive enzymes, superfoods, herbs and botanicals and medicinal mushrooms, as well as skin-specific ingredients such as collagen, hyaluronic acid, resveratrol and silica. I used to suffer from acne and this combination of ingredients not only fixed it but helped me feel pretty brilliant and energised most days - it’s also an amazing skin brightening and anti-ageing formula.

Do you have one evening or more a week where you spend time masking/ pampering? What do you do?

I’m pretty good at keeping up with my face masks, I use one every other day and have a few that I rotate. Two of my favourites are the Irene Forte Lavender and Rosemary Face Mask which I can feel my skin soaking in and the Apricot Face Peel which instantly brightens my skin. I’ve actually used these since Irene launched them 2 years ago and even though I try other brands, I always come back to these. I also love to use a face oil and massage with a guasha in the evenings and I’ve recently got into facial cupping which is an instant skin pick-me-up.

Any skincare advice for our readers?

It’s a well-used slogan, but beauty comes from within and having suffered from acne which was cured through supplements, I can attest to that. A skin cell’s life cycle is a month, so eating well, hydrating and nourishing your body with effective supplements will ensure your body produces healthy and beautiful skin cells deep in the dermis, that will stay strong as they rise to the surface, keeping you looking fresh and dewy.

Any advice you can give an aspiring entrepreneur or a woman just starting in her career?

Enjoy the journey as really that’s what it’s all about.
