She strives to empower individuals to reach new levels of physical and emotional health.

Where are you dreaming of travelling to?

ARTAH! I can't wait to get back to the retreat, because I have been missing it so much this year. Apart from that, I got engaged in the Dolomites and we've wanted to go back ever since. It was the perfect mixture of luxury, nature and incredible food so that's probably next on our list.

What was the first restaurant you went to post lockdown 3.0?

Sake no Hana. I love Japanese food and it's far more challenging to cook at home. It felt like such a treat.

What is your favourite spa or wellness space?

Alpina Dolomites has the best spa I've ever been to. It has an extensive hydrotherapy area with about 6 saunas with different temperatures and scents, steam rooms, cold tubs and pools. The treatments are divine, and it feels like a full indulgent, blissful experience.

What was the first beauty treatment you had post lockdown 3.0?

A proper haircut was the first and then a facial not far behind.

What helps you get to sleep if you are wired but tired?

Yin yoga is one of the most impactful things I can do to help calm down my nervous system before bed. We've also created a sleep tonic at ARTAH which I am obsessed with; it's a botanical mixture and it is so effective at helping me get to sleep and stay asleep.

Epsom salt baths are also great if I have time.

What do you do/use to stay physically active and mentally well?

I prioritise training and solid nutrition. When I'm on top of these, everything is easier, and I feel way better. I train every day; with one session being more of a recovery/deep stretch yoga and mix it up between running, barre and spinning. I'm also obsessed with Pilates and have a microformer at home, which I'll do a few times a week either as a full session or combined with some cardio. Finally, I've recently started boxing with a coach, and I'm completely obsessed. It's impossible to focus on or worry about anything else while you're boxing, so I find this session so mentally rewarding in addition to getting in a great workout. My diet is clean and consistent, which is key to ensuring I have enough energy to work full time and also take care of an infant on little sleep - as a Naturopath & Nutritionist I've always known the importance of good nutrition but since having a baby I can feel it so much more, so this is a non-negotiable for me.

What is your skincare regime (morning and evening)?

I'm a skincare junkie! In the morning, I use the Irene Forte Hibiscus Serum and Hibiscus Night Cream - I find that with how much I exercise I need a rich moisturiser for the day, and this one is perfect.

In the evening, I use the Irene Forte Rose Body Oil, and also the Blackcurrant Body Oil.

Do you have one evening or more a week where you spend time masking/pampering? What do you do?

I rarely go out on Friday nights, so this has become my pampering night. This is where I'll usually have a bath with scented oils and maybe do a peel and mask combo for my skin. I love the Irene Forte Apricot Face Peel, which I'll combine with a moisturising mask. I have so many different brands I love and have different masks so I'll use whichever is best for my skin at the time.

Any skincare advice for our readers?

The quality of your skin will be influenced heavily by your nutrition and exercise regime - so you should see these as an extension of your skincare regime. Chemicals, ultra-processed foods, excess alcohol and too much sugar will age your skin so quickly. So, it is important to have a diet rich in phytonutrients from vegetables that have enough essential fats and proteins to help maintain the integrity of your skin.

Any advice for aspiring female entrepreneurs?

You need to back yourself and be confident. Women have unique strengths and perspectives to offer every industry, but so often we lack the confidence to truly stand up for ourselves and for what we deserve.
