Irene's At-Home Seasonal Facial

This holiday season, give yourself the gift of self-care with an indulgent at-home facial that rejuvenates tired, dull skin. With Irene’s thoughtfully curated product selections, you can create a luxurious spa experience right in your own home.

“I use the Apricot Penta-Acid Polish two times per week, followed by the Lavender Tetra-Acid Mask. Post-polish and mask, I will do an at-home facial massage with Pistachio Face Oil, using pressure points and my knuckles to work into the muscles. These products are vital to boost tired and dull skin at any time of the year.” - Irene

Here is how to craft your own rejuvenating facial, step by step.

Step 1: Exfoliate with Apricot Penta-Acid Polish

Start your at-home facial by exfoliating with our Apricot Penta-Acid Polish. Exfoliation plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy skin, helping to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and stimulate cell turnover. This process not only clarifies your complexion but also enhances its texture, making your skin feel smoother and look more radiant.

Our luxurious scrub-mask combines Apricot Seed Powder with a Quadruple Alpha Hydroxy Acid Complex, ensuring a deep cleanse and refined skin, ready for the next steps in your facial routine.

How to Use:
Apply a generous layer to the face, neck, and décolleté and leave for 5 minutes. Then, work the granules into key areas before rinsing off with warm water. Use Apricot Penta-Acid Polish 1 – 2 times a week, depending on skin type.

Irene’s Tip: Apricot Penta-Acid Polish can also be beneficial to treat dry, flaky areas of the body, such as elbows and knees.

Step 2: Refresh with Lavender Tetra-Acid Mask

After exfoliating, refresh your skin with our Lavender Tetra-Acid Mask. This brightening mask is a powerhouse, combining Azelaic Acid with a Triple AHA Complex sourced from Italian Grapes, Apples, and Lemons.

Our Lavender Tetra-Acid Mask mask gently exfoliates and purifies while providing hydration and calming properties. The unique blend of ingredients works to brighten your complexion and even out skin tone, making it ideal for those seeking to revive tired skin.

How to Use:
Once you’ve rinsed off the polish, apply a generous layer to the face, neck and décolleté and leave for 10 minutes. Remove with warm water and dab off any excess with Lemon Toner  to reveal a refreshed and glowing complexion.

Use Lavender Tetra-Acid Mask two times per week.

Step 3: Nourish with Pistachio Face Oil

Finally, nourish your skin with our Pistachio Face Oil. This fast-absorbing oil is designed to help reduce the visible signs of ageing, thanks to 28% stabilised Vitamin E and our breakthrough ingredient, Phytomelatonin.

Facial oils play a crucial role in maintaining skin health. They help seal in moisture, provide essential fatty acids, and protect your skin’s barrier. The Pistachio Face Oil not only hydrates but also nourishes, rejuvenates, and smooths the skin, making it an essential part of your skincare routine.

How to Use:
After rinsing off the mask, dispense 1-2 pumps of face oil into your palms.

Warm the oil between your hands, then gently massage onto the face, neck and décolleté using upward circular motions and pressure points. This not only enhances absorption but also provides a relaxing facial massage that helps relieve tension.

The Pistachio Face Oil can be used as Step 4 if a self-massage is performed. Alternatively, it should be used as the final step instead of or after the face moisturiser, with or without self-massage.

Creating a Spa-Like Atmosphere at Home

To enhance your at-home facial experience, consider setting the mood. Light some candles, play calming music, and find a quiet space where you can relax without interruptions. Taking the time to create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility will make your self-care routine even more enjoyable.
