Community is at the cornerstone of Irene Forte Skincare. We keep all our production in Italy and exclusively use Italian suppliers, employing local artisans to create our display materials, tools, and special gift packaging.
All our physical products are produced at our lab in Trento, Italy. This is also where our bottles and jars are filled, packed, and prepared for shipping. Our product packaging is produced entirely in Gessate, Italy. All other packaging, such as delivery boxes, gift bags, and eco-fill, is produced in Rovereto, Italy.
Our beautiful Sicilian ceramics, used in our spas and retail spaces, are created by a ceramicist in Sciacca, 15 minutes from our organic farm. The clay is mined from the Sicilian mountains and valleys, molded by hand, and dried in the sun before being painted in ornate motifs.
We work with a supplier in Sicily that has created some very special hand-plaited ‘coffe’ gift packaging for us, made from sustainable palm wood fibres, recycled fabrics, and featuring embroideries of our ingredients.
Our box liners, for example, have been beautifully painted by a retired artist based in northern Italy, while our olive wood spatulas are crafted by a carpenter based in Puglia.
On a wider scale, we have a charity partnership with The Lady Garden Foundation, which aims to raise funds to extend and improve gynecological health, arming women and girls with the knowledge they need to break down the taboos surrounding the topic. £1.50 for every Pomegranate Hand Cream sold globally is donated to the charity.
We also regularly donate excess products to charities such as Women’s Refuge Charity and Power of Life, so they can be included in care packages and send-outs to people in need.
